Mrs. Anna Maria Anders at the Museum of the 2nd Polish Corps in Józefów

On October 16, 2013, our Museum had the honor of welcoming an extraordinary guest – Mrs. Anna Maria Anders, daughter of the legendary Commander of the 2nd Polish Corps, General Władysław Anders (who lives in the USA on a daily basis). During the all-day visit, Mrs. Anders was accompanied by the Polish Television crew, which made a report on these visits. As part of the visit, we presented the latest documents and memorabilia of soldiers, we also organized a meeting: with Mr. Stanisław Kruszewski – Mayor of Józefów, students from the Junior High School in Józefów, and Museum associates.
